DMR Simplex Frequencies
Make sure you add digital DMR simplex frequencies to your radios so we can communicate in our convoy or if we are out of range of the repeaters. It may be necessary to use simplex also to demo DMR or if the shit hits the fan. I would at least add these UHF channels in a separate zone labeled SIMPLEX if you don’t have any room in your current zones…that’s what I plan to do. Let’s discuss what frequencies we should add to the radios. I have come across several freqs that have been mentioned as good DMR simplex frequencies, but have seen conflicting information about what to use. I am open to suggestions. Please post your recommendations here and of course, lets discuss on the air… Thanks all.
