Orange Park DMR

KK4ECR Repeater Coverage SatviewThe Orange Park DMR Repeater is online in testing. It is installed at my house with an antenna at approx 25 feet. As soon as we get a bracket made for the antenna to go up at the hospital, then the repeater will be relocated!

  1. What is the status of this “Orange Park” repeater? I am able to hit it, barely, from my house in Green Cove Springs, but I am wondering if it is at the hospital now or if it is still located at your QTH.

    • The Orange Park repeater is UP at the hospital. We are limited as to what we can do and are looking at options. We did install a pre-amp and that did help some. Our plan is to try to do some tweaking on the repeater to try to get a little more coverage. We also want to find a way to get the antenna higher.
